Frustrating

I feel like nothing gets accomplished with the automated system,consumers get frustrated and problem never gets resolved. Another thing that is annoying is that some people might want to do a one time purchase when they choose to rather than being forced into a monthly subscription they don't want then they have to fight with a robot on your automated system.
